As a full service agency, we design your study, conduct the fieldwork, analyse the results, write the report and present the findings.  At every stage we keep your objectives in mind. Each study we conduct is individually designed.

The Process
All projects are individually designed but the process usually involves the following steps: 

  • A free consultation to understand your questions and requirements. Normally with Richard Brace, the Business Owner of Insight Research.
  • A detailed research proposal outlining methodology, report coverage, costs and timings. 
  • A team briefing to finalise the research direction. 
  • Set-up, fieldwork programme and analysis to deliver the insights you need. Full liaison maintained throughout. 
  • Delivery of the report with full presentation to help develop your strategy.
